fantastic views

lovely pool and sauna, great service staff, nice and clean. Very good food.

I asked about accessing the pool and sauna, when checking in. It would have been helpful to be informed there was a bathrobe and slippers in the room. Good they were there, even better had I known. Had trouble connecting the Chromecast, since the instructions didn't fully match reality. No big deal. Ended up watching on my phone.

Everything was great. Room was nice and clean. View is awesome. Bathtube on the room was awesome. Swimming pool on 16th floor is great and sauna is really nice.

Slippers, bathrobe were not there. :(

I spent 3 days in Helsinki and 2 days in Tallinn during my 5-day trip. First and foremost, let me assure you that transportation is not a concern. Tramway numbers 7 and 9 pass right in front of the hotel. If anyone is considering a trip to Tallinn, there can't be a better hotel. It's only 300 meters from Terminal 2. Make sure to take the Tallink brand ferry; other brands depart from different locations. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of high-quality food. You couldn't ask for more in a breakfast. The room is comfortable, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spacious and nice. I noticed there's a pool on the 16th floor, but I didn't have a chance to use it. For those who love it, it offers an excellent view and is warm : ) The hotel is about 1 km from the city center, but don't think of it as distant. You simply walk down a straight road from the center to reach the hotel. Heading south, every road leads to this hotel. It's a perfect hotel for travelers. On the first day, I bought a day ticket for 11 euros. I took tram number 7 from in front of the hotel to the center, then switched to numbers 2 and 3 in sequence. Don't bother with hop-on-hop-off; these two trams cover all of Helsinki. If you book a room on the upper floors of the hotel, you'll have a view of the entire city. I recommend the sea-facing rooms on the 11th floor and above. I stayed on the 11th floor. There's a bar on the 16th floor called Roof. It's a classy and beautiful venue. There's a DJ performance in the evening, I believe on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The price-to-value ratio is excellent.

A peaceful and modern stay with breathtaking wildlife views, made even better with a few thoughtful improvements for acc

The room was lovely and modern, and the view from my window was absolutely amazing. Sitting in the window area and watching the eider ducks and terns flying and catching fish was a real highlight—such a peaceful and special experience.

As someone with a disability and a history of multiple surgeries due to breast cancer, I did find the pool area could be improved with a small private changing space and at least one enclosed shower. Open communal spaces can be quite difficult for individuals like myself who value privacy for both physical and emotional reasons. Adding these features would truly enhance comfort, dignity, and accessibility for many guests. Additionally, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance that no dinner is served on Sundays, so I could have made other arrangements before returning to my room. Thank you for a mostly lovely stay, and I hope these suggestions are helpful for future improvements.

Very Good

Breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were cold in the room and reception sent us up an extra heater. Bed very comfortable. Good location, tram was only outside the door.

The cafe was closed when we arrived at 4.15 and the restaurant didn't open until 6 so our only choice for food was a pot noodle at €5 each!

The best hotel I have been so far. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the structure is stunning and the services they offer are top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Clarion great place for a weekend stay

Great rooms, amazing breakfast choice and quality. Good service. Sky bar great place to see the city from. Room , good size with decent bathroom and beds comfortable and very clean. Location perfect if you want to do a day trip to Tallinn as ferry terminal is 10 mins walk and city sites 20 to 30 mins walk

Nice clean hotel next to harbour

Nice new hotel just next to western harbour (Länsisatama). It has very good sauna and pool on top floor. Part of pool has glass floor so swimming over there feels like hanging in air on 16th floor... Breakfast was superb, quite everything you need. Rooms were clean, ice machine outside in hallway.
